Kyle Hammer returns to UMP Modified at Brownstown Bullring with MARS
Dodging rain showers all weekend, Kyle Hammer was able to make one UMP Modified start with the MARS Modified Championship Series on Friday afternoon at Brownstown (Ill.) Bullring.
Finishing sixth in his heat race, Hammer started the $3,000-to-win feature from the eighth-row and made up four spots to finish 12th.
Saturday's event at Paducah (Ky.) International Raceway was rained out.
