10th-place finish with Summer Nationals at Farmer City; runner-up at Fairbury

Once again joining the DIRTcar Summer Nationals for one day, Kyle Hammer was one of 34 Late Models checked in at Farmer City (Ill.) Raceway on Friday night.

Snagging the final transfer spot in his heat race, Hammer started 13th in the Hell Tour feature and scored a Top-10 finish.

Swinging over to Fairbury (Ill.) Speedway for a weekly show, Kyle won his heat race and ran runner-up to Mckay Wenger in the $2,500-to-win main event.
